FEATURES

- The middle frame film width can be adjusted by electrical adjustment and also can be adjusted finely.
- The film drawing motor is controlled by inverter, the forward, backward & speed can be adjusted. Thus, the production rate will be increased.
- The electrical heating box is controlled by inverter motor and the stable operating process will not be effected due to unstable air pressure and the positioning
- Suitable for PVC, PS, PP, PET, ABS, OPS etc., thermoplastic material.
- The heat forming adopts sealing style. Material thickness during heating process will not generated sinking or sagging condition. Surface of the product will be bright and glossy
- This machine have 2 unwinder independent feeding device, can produce 2 kinds of products at same time. easy for production line arrangment.
