Dorzolamide HCl
Indication
Elevated IOP in patients w/ ocular HTN, open-angle glaucoma.
Instruction
Monotherapy Instill 1 drop tds in conjuctival sac of the affected eye(s). Adjunctive therapy w/ ophth β-blocker Instill 1 drop bd in conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s). When substituting for another ophth antiglaucoma agent Discontinue the other agent after dosing on 1 day & start dorzolamide the next day.
