* Skill to prepare the fresh shredded coconut for top layer of the kueh
* Skill to prepare the spongy and chewy kueh batter
* Tips and techniques to steam and unmould the kueh
Peanut AngKu kueh
* Demonstration to prepare the homemade peanut paste
* Making of the chewy and soft angku kueh dough
* Skills to shape the filling, wrapping and steaming
* Tips and techniques to reheat and store the kueh to keep freshness

*completed vaccination, practising social distancing and mask is mandatory in premise at all times
* Present RTK test result to studio from home max 12 hours prior to workshop
*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no carry forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
*If tested Covid positive or close contact before workshop, options : Refund 50% or find replacement to attend the workshop on same day.
