Air conditioning part replacement refers to the process of replacing faulty or worn out parts in your air conditioning system. This can be necessary when a part has failed and is no longer functioning properly, or when a part has become worn and is affecting the performance of the system.

Replacing these parts typically involves removing the old part and installing a new one in its place. Steps we take for the inspection

1. Switching off the electrical power supply and locating where the capacitor is. We ensure that steps are all being performed in a proper way that are provided by the manual of the air-cond unit.
2. We use a hard brush to get rid of the dust and debris on the condenser fan and use oil to lubricate it after.
3. We use a nozzle to spray off the upper part of your air-cond fil & coil to ease the accumulated dust and stains.
4. A multimeter will be used to obtain the accurate numerical value for the fuse on the disconnected block. If it reads a negative or zero reading means it needs to be replaced.
5. We dismantle the capacitor for inspection, straight replacement is needed if it is broken.
6. Contractor will be inspected and be replaced if needed.
7. Fan motor will be inspected, technician to determine whether to refurbish the unit or to be replaced.
