GENERAL DESCRIPTION
bmSOLUTION® RL 3140 is widely used as a coagulant in industrial water treatment due to its active trivalent iron compounds which create a heavy and robust floc. This product is capable in removing heavy metals, color, turbidity and other contaminants in industrial waste water discharge by coagulating them to a larger, denser floc with better settle ability than other coagulant. It improves plant performance by reducing solids carry over thus improved the discharge water quality.

Appearance : Brown liquid, sharp odor
Specific Gravity : 1.37 – 1.50
pH : < 2.0
APPLICATION
bmSOLUTION® RL 3140 is recommended to dosed to the required point directly, a much simpler process than mixing and dissolving dry coagulants.
DOSAGE AND CONTROL
Diaphragm metering pumps of corrosive resistant material is suitable for dosing this product. Treatment dosage will depend on the system. Our representative will provides you with proper control requirements for your specific application.
HANDLING PROCEDURE
Wear safety face shields or goggles, rubber gloves, long pants and long sleeve shirt when handling. Please refer Safety Data Sheets for details on health and safety information.
PACKAGING
bmSOLUTION® RL 3140 is available in 280kg drum.
