Silicone sponge rubber is very resilient (low compression set), has a wide operating temperature range -40°C to 300°C and are UV / ozone resistant. Silicone remains flexible and resilient in outdoor environments and in freezing or hot conditions, making it an excellent gasket and cushion material.
