Calamansi

Calamansi is commonly known as "桔子" or "Limau Kasturi".

Calamansi fruits are small, round, and bright orange when ripe, with a thin, smooth skin and juicy pulp containing seeds. They have a tart flavor similar to a combination of lime and tangerine, making them a popular ingredient in marinades, salad dressings, and dipping sauces. Calamansi juice is also commonly used as a refreshing beverage, either mixed with water and sugar or added to cocktails and mocktails. Additionally, calamansi peel is sometimes used to flavor sweets, jams, and marmalades, adding a fragrant citrus aroma to these products.
