INTRODUCTION
This course covers the core principle of Risk Based Thinking in a Management System conforming to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. This session shall cover the strategic, tactical and operational risks of an organizations quality and environmental management systems as per required by the ISO 9001 standard. Weaknesses in management of risks in administration, human resources, physical security aspects, outsourcing, production, QA, warehouse, suppliers, IT, finance, etc. shall be discussed.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the program, participants should be able to:
