Used CNC Router

A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) router is a cutting machine used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood, composites, plastics, and foams. CNC routers are controlled by a computer and are capable of cutting complex shapes and designs with high precision. 

Operation

1. Design Creation: Using CAD software, a digital design of the part to be created is made. This can be a 2D or 3D design.
2. Tool Path Generation: CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software converts the CAD design into tool paths, which are instructions for the CNC router on how to move and cut the material.
3. Material Setup: The material to be cut is secured to the machine bed.
4. Routing: The CNC router follows the tool paths to cut the material according to the design.
