洁肤后，取适量软膜粉放入调膜碗中，分三次加入冷纯净水，一边加入一边搅拌至不稠不稀的糊状。调和时可轻压膜棒，使软膜粉与碗壁产生摩擦力，有助混合均匀。
将调好的面膜均匀涂抹于脸部，静敷15至20分钟后揭下面膜，再用清水洗净即可。
After cleansing, place an appropriate amount of mask powder into a mixing bowl. Add cold purified water in three stages while stirring continuously until the mixture reaches a medium consistency (not too thick or too runny). Apply gentle pressure with the spatula to enhance mixing.
Once fully blended, spread the mask evenly over the face. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then peel off and rinse with clean water.
