Installation & replacement of a brand-new Duyvis press machine with a significantly higher yield in cocoa butter production by replacing a less efficient & older press machine. A new hydraulic pressing system & cocoa liquor weighing tank system is installed as well
Our scopes includes:
1.Removal of old press machine, hydraulic pressing system & plinth foundation
2.Construction of new plinth foundation
3.Assembly of new cocoa butter press machine
4.Install new hydraulic pressing system
5.Install new liquor cocoa weighing system
6.Install new steam & condensate piping with insulation
