• Active Ingredient: Cabazitaxel 60 mg
• Inactive Ingredients: Anhydrous citric acid, Polysorbate 80, Ethanol

• Treat metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer in adults who have previously received a docetaxel-containing regimen.

• Dosage: The recommended dose is 25 mg/m² administered as an intravenous infusion over 1 hour every 3 weeks. The dose may be adjusted based on individual patient needs and tolerability.
• Administration: The concentrate should be diluted with the provided solvent before administration. The reconstituted solution should be further diluted with either 0.9% sodium chloride.
• Premedication: Premedication with antihistamines, corticosteroids, and H2 antagonists is recommended to mitigate the risk and severity of hypersensitivity reactions.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Regular monitoring of blood counts and liver function is necessary during treatment.
