Telfast 180 mg Tablet contains fexofenadine hydrochloride (168 mg fexofenadine) as the active ingredient. Each tablet also contains inactive ingredients such as microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, povidone, titanium dioxide (E 171), colloidal anhydrous silica, macrogol 400, and iron oxide (E172).
Indications:

• Allergic Rhinitis (Hay Fever): Used to relieve symptoms such as sneezing, itchy, watery or red eyes, and itchy, blocked or runny nose.
• Urticaria (Hives): Used to relieve symptoms of itchy rash in adults and children aged 12 years or older.

• Dosage: The recommended dose is one tablet once daily. It can be taken with or without food.
• Administration: Take the tablet orally with water. Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew, crush, or break it.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid taking Telfast if you are more than 3 months pregnant.
• Storage: Store below 30°C, away from moisture and heat.
