Each mL of concentrate contains:
-Bevacizumab: 25 mg
Indications:
-Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (mCRC): In combination with fluoropyrimidine-based chemotherapy for treating adult patients with metastatic carcinoma of the colon or rectum.
-Metastatic Breast Cancer (mBC): In combination with paclitaxel for first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic breast cancer.
-Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): In combination with platinum-based chemotherapy for first-line treatment of adult patients with unresectable advanced, metastatic, or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
-Renal Cell Cancer (mRCC): In combination with interferon alfa-2a for first-line treatment of adult patients with advanced and/or metastatic renal cell cancer.
-Glioblastoma: For the treatment of glioblastoma with progressive disease following prior therapy as a single agent.
-Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, and Primary Peritoneal Cancer: In combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel for the front-line treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Also used in combination with carboplatin and gemcitabine or paclitaxel for treating recurrent, platinum-sensitive epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer2.
