Each pre-filled pen contains:
-Semaglutide: 2.4 mg per dose (3.2 mg/mL)
Indications:
-Weight Management: Used as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management in adults with an initial Body Mass Index (BMI) of:
≥30 kg/m² (obesity), or
≥27 kg/m² to <30 kg/m² (overweight) in the presence of at least one weight-related comorbidity (e.g., dysglycaemia, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, obstructive sleep apnoea, or cardiovascular disease).
Instructions:
Dosage:
The maintenance dose of 2.4 mg once-weekly is reached by starting with a dose of 0.25 mg. The dose should be escalated over a 16-week period to a maintenance dose of 2.4 mg once weekly.
Administration: Administer by subcutaneous injection. Follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding the timing and duration of the medication.
