For quality control, inspection, and reverse engineering, its 0.02 mm accuracy* and high-precision performance ensure consistent, dependable results.
*Based on VDl/VDE 2634, sphere-spacing errors are assessed with traceable length artifacts and markers by measuring these at different locations and orientations within the working volume. Assessment takes place in an accuracy lab certified to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards under controlled environmental conditions: temperature maintained at 20 ± 0.5℃ and humidity between 40% to 60% RH.
Built-in Photogrammetry
The FreeScan UE Pro includes a built-in photogrammetry mode capable of achieving impressive volumetric accuracy of 0.02 + 0.015mm/m. By placing markers and just one magnetic scale bar, the FreeScan UE Pro swiftly captures and locks the spatial position of the target frame.

- Yes. FreeScan UE Pro has laser scan mode, which is less sensitive to ambient light and thus delivering better performance in scanning reflective and dark colored surfaces

- No. It is recommended to apply markers when scanning with FreeScan UE Pro to acquire best scanning data.
