This apparatus conforms to safety standard EN 61010
 

Application

It can be used for CURRENT measurements on installations of over voltage category III up to 600V (voltage between phase and earth) and for VOLTAGE and FREQUENCY measurements on installations of over voltage category III up to 600V (voltage between terminals and between phase and earth).
