Lightweight Hollow Shaft with Handcrafted Windings
The unique hollow design allows heat to dissipate effectively, prolonging the life of the motor and reducing the overall weight. The manual winding techniques assure a tighter fit between each coil and slot, maximising efficiency by reducing copper losses.



Stability
A strength increase in achieved through a mounting base affixed by three fasteners, directly improving stability in the design. All U12 motors are equipped with genuine, high quality EZO bearings for a longer service life.


Recessed Lock Shaft
The set back shalf design makes installation of the more adaptable. Nickel plated screws (HDC 12.9 grade) provide greater resistance to corrosion and rust over conventional screws commonly used. U12 motors adopt a triangular pattern fixing arrangement for enhanced stability and safety.
