CS620

Elite Robots' top-end model, the CS620 robotic arm, is ready to tear down more barriers to automation. Equipped with a dual 3A/5A tool connector for enhanced power, the CS620 features a 20 kg payload and the longest reach of all CS cobots.

Controller

By default, the cobot is delivered with the standard compact (505 x 462 x 257mm) and lightweight (14kg) AC controller to manage all cobot operations. The AC/DC OEM controller (495 x 200 x 170mm; 7.1 kg) is available as an option.

Teach Pendant

The cobot standard order includes the regular, IP54-rated ERP400 teach pendant, with a 12.1" full-touch screen and a 5.5m cable. The ERP400S teach pendant with 3-mode enable key for enhanced safety is available optional.

Dual Tool I/O

The integrated dual tool connector (8-pin and 4-pin) enables the CS620 robotic arm to power end effectors up to 5A. Therefore, Elite Robots' top-end cobot can effectively perform physically demanding tasks, such as palletizing and welding, and handle multiple devices simultaneously.

Leading Payload Curve

CS620 is an Elite Robots top-end model, with a 20 kg payload and the longest reach of all CS cobots (1800mm). These features, combined with an industry-leading payload curve, enable CS620 to smoothly lift heavy and large objects over a long distance

CP Series Palletizing Solution

The CP Series is the turnkey modular solution for flexible and efficient palletizing from Elite Robots. With two alternative bases (fixed and with telescopic column) and a maximum stacking height of 2400mm, the CP Series is compatible with the CS620 cobot. Equip it with this robotic arm and leverage its 20kg payload and 1800mm reach to increase the efficiency of your end-of-line operations (handles up to 14 boxes per minute).
