Easily remove by sliding sideways after winding has been complete
Instruction :
Place band around boot and through nose of tool and through slot inwinding body. Using a 1/2' socket wrench or by hand wind the band until sufficient is applied. Rotate handle over the boot to lock the band. Slide tool free-end down with a hammer
