Cutting Coolant G1is a low oil content synthetic metalworking fluid coolant formulated for grinding, drilling, cutting, forming and various other heavy duty applications. It is suitable for machine a wide variety of materials and is applicable for ferrous metal only.
Cutting Coolant G1 exhibits low foaming tendencies and exceptional corrosion inhibition properties. Fortified with a multifunctional ester additive and chlorinated additive which provides certain extreme pressure additive properties. Cutting Coolant G1 also ensures low staining on the metal piece and is able to meet with modern day machining demands. The coolant offers a straight forward blending process by simply diluting the oil with water and protects from bacterial growth
