Description

Varicose veins refer to the venous tortuosity and dilation caused by blood stasis and weak venous wall. Varicose veins in many parts of the body can occur, such as hemorrhoids is actually a kind of varicose veins, clinically visible and esophageal stomach varicose veins, varicoceles and abdominal varicose veins and so on. Varicose veins most commonly occur in the lower extremities. It is important to emphasize that varicose veins are secondary to other lesions.

There are many reasons for varicose veins in lower limbs, the most common is simple superficial varicose veins in lower limbs, and its main disease is due to the insufficiency of the femoral saphenous vein valve. Another important cause is primary deep venous valvular insufficiency of the lower limbs (PDVI), which is often complicated with great saphenous vein valvular insufficiency and usually shows the pedantic dilation of superficial veins. In addition, lower extremity deep venous thrombosis syndrome, due to poor deep venous return, superficial venous compensatory tortuous dilation; Lower extremity arteriovenous fistula and venous malformation bone hypertrophy syndrome can also have superficial varicose veins of lower extremity. Blocked inferior vena cava return, as in Buca syndrome, can also lead to varicose veins in the lower extremities.

Clinical manifestations of varicose veins

1. The superficial blood vessels are curved like earthworms, protruding obviously out of the skin, and the curves are clumpy or nodular;
2. Legs have acid swelling, skin has pigmentation, desquamation, itching, foot and ankle edema;
3. Abnormal sensations in the limbs, acupuncture sensation, itching sensation, numbness, burning sensation;
4. Increased epidermal temperature, pain and tenderness;
5. Localized gangrene and ulcers.

If it is simple superficial varicose vein of lower extremity, the general clinical symptoms are mild and the progress is slow, and most of them are simple varicose, and a few cases can have thrombus phlebitis, venous ulcer and so on. If the deep vein valve function is not complete, and even the deep vein reflux is blocked, the condition is relatively serious, there is a heavy feeling when the leg stands, easy fatigue, and even the swelling and swelling pain of the lower limb. In the later stage, skin nutritional changes, desquamation, atrophy, pigmentation, and eczema, ulcer formation.

Diagnosis of varicose veins

Varicose veins of lower extremities have obvious morphological characteristics and can be diagnosed clearly by general physical examination. However, as mentioned above, it is still necessary to identify the internal causes of varicose veins to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. If necessary, venous ultrasound or contrast examination should be performed.

Treatment of varicose veins

Lower extremity varicose veins have wear stretch socks, injection hardener, surgical stripping and other treatment methods, deep vein valve function is not complete, can make valve repair surgery and laparoscopic ligation of traffic branch. Varicose veins of lower limbs may also indicate the existence of other diseases, which should be treated actively. If deep venous return is not smooth, surgical management of superficial veins should be more cautious.

Varicose vein diet and life advice:

1. Full intake of fresh vegetables and fruits, vegetables 1 kg, fruit 7 taels. It is rich in antioxidant nutrients that help reduce blood clots, maintain blood vessel elasticity and improve blood circulation

14. Women during menstruation and pregnancy and other special periods to give special attention to the legs, take more rest, and massage their legs frequently to help blood circulation and avoid varicose veins.

Dietary supplements
1. Lecithin capsules

Lecithin is a natural emulsifier, which is beneficial to the smooth metabolism of human fat and reduces the pressure of the liver to metabolize fat. At the same time, it emulsifies and metabolizes human junk toxins, reduces the pressure on the bile ducts, and is beneficial to the metabolism and ablation of stones. Nutra-Life Lecithin is a pure lecithin extracted from soybeans, which helps the body metabolize fat and supports the health of the liver and digestive system. Lecithin is a fat-based nutrient that can also maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Emulsified blood vessels on excess residual garbage, conducive to normal blood return, alleviate the discomfort caused by varicose veins.

2. Panax notoginseng powder
Panax notoginseng powder has the effects of invigorating and replenishing blood, and has a certain auxiliary regulating effect on varicose veins due to poor blood circulation. Varicose veins are mostly caused by poor circulation.
Miao Yantang Panax notoginseng powder, pure Yun Panax notoginseng, contains panax notoginseng saponins to promote blood circulation and disperse blood stasis. Airflow grinding technology is adopted to retain the active ingredients to the maximum extent, and ultra-fine powder is more beneficial to intestinal absorption of nutrients.
