The minimum distance between ball transfers should be the length of the shortest dimension of the load divided by 3.5. This minimum spacing will support the conveyed article with at least 3 points of contact and prevent it from becoming unstable.
The minimum load carried by a ball transfer will be the weight of the load divided by 3. Ensure this value does not exceed 290N (29kg) to prevent damaging the ball transfers.
Each ball transfer includes a through hole on the rear side to allow small debris and dust to escape the housing during operation.
