Relieves symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, runny or blocked nose, and itchy or watery eyes.
Alleviates symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives), such as itching and skin rash.
Effective in reducing histamine-induced allergic reactions without causing significant sedation.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 6 years: 10mg once daily.
Children aged 3–6 years: 5mg once daily.
Administration: Take orally with or without food, preferably in the evening.
Storage: Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and light.
Precautions: Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary.
