Pocin-H Ear Drops are indicated for the treatment of:
Otitis externa (outer ear canal infections)
Infections of the middle ear cavity following ear surgery (e.g., mastoidectomy)
Adults and Children ≥3 years:
Instill 3 drops into the affected ear(s) 3–4 times daily.
Alternatively, insert a gauze wick into the ear canal and keep it saturated with the solution for 24–48 hours.
Discontinue use if there is no clinical improvement after 7 days.
Administration Tips:
Lie down or tilt your head so that the affected ear faces upward.
Gently pull the earlobe upward and backward (for adults) or downward and backward (for children) to straighten the ear canal.
Instill the prescribed number of drops into the ear canal.
Keep the ear facing up for about 2 minutes to allow the medication to spread inside the ear.
If necessary, a clean cotton plug may be gently inserted into the ear canal to prevent the medication from leaking out.
