Basic Swirl Sourdough Country Bread + Focaccia
A basic and complete hands on sourdough workshop that you have been looking forward, and we have something new this round.
Choose any natural colour to make your own sourdough bread. : tumeric. blue pea flower and etc.
You will learn:
1. Sourdough Starter ( Hands On)
2. Sourdough Baking ( Demo, scoring)
3. Sourdough Bread Making ( Hands on)
4. Lamination, shaping, coiling folding abd scoring method
5. Focaccia ( Demo)
6. Bakers' Percentage for variance flour ratio

1 Coloured combined dough
1 starter
1 organic probiotic drink
sourdough bread and focaccia tasting with coffee or tea
Support group will be created after workshop; to share and to ask all about the fun of baking sourdough experience and knowledge.

Things to bring:
1 1 x A4 size transparent plastic container.
2. 1 x small jar ( 3 oz) , clean and dry jar for starter during workshop.
Terms and conditions:
*completed vaccination, practising social distancing and mask is mandatory in premise at all times
* Present RTK test result to studio from home max 12 hours prior to workshop
*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no carry forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
*If tested Covid positive or close contact before workshop, options : Refund 50% or find replacement to attend the workshop on same day.
*Minimum 3 pax to kick off the workshop . Otherwise; studio reserved the right to postpone or refund.
