鬷髎Preparation
Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 2 litre of water.
1. Rinse all ingredients once. Blanch meats.
2. Place all of them in a pot with 2-3 litre water.
3. Bring to boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 1 and a half hour and serve hot.
4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
