Portable X-ray Generator
Frequency conversion air insulation portable X-ray generator can be widely used in
shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing,aviation, rail, pressure vessels, boilers,
oil, chemical, defense industry and other departments for non-destructive testing.
Particularly applicable to construction site operation and high-altitude operations.
1.Controller
(1)The special design of high frequency technology can avoid the
interference by power spikes.Even though the voltage changes,it can still work.
(2)All the signal wires in the controller are imported from South Korea to improve
the quality.
(3)Take the isolation technology of the low voltage and the high voltage to ensure
the controller working steady.
(4)Posses the reliable "time-delayed" function, suitable to operate in the open field.
(5)High degree of automation with the function of trouble shooting and indication.
(6)Controller adopts design of hardware with a wide operative range,having the
advantage of long service and low failure rate.
(7)Strictly comply with 1:1 working/resting regulation,eliminating the disoperation.
2.Generator
(1)Safe and reliable generator adopts design of SF6 gaseous insulator,
grounded-anode,and air fan cooling.
(2)High purity and high density aluminium radiator is specially designed for our
instrument.High temperature installation technology is adopted to improve 30%
heat radiation.
(3)The HV coils made by imported enamel wire are applied in the X-ray generator,
so as to make the quality of the complete equipment improved a great deal.
(4)The new technology can guarantee the machine to keep shooting for 30 minutes.
3. Connecting Cable
The length is 25m,much longer than the limited length by the international
standard.It can guarantee the safety of the operator.

5.Working principle description
1. The controller using Silicon controlled rectifier bridge single-phase electric appliances,
the rectified voltage is smoothed by the LC filter circuit into a DC voltage. The voltage of the
thyristor chopper circuit into a variable frequency pulse in one direction, to give high-voltage
pulse transformer as the X-ray generator power supply.Milliamps (mA) units can change
unidirectional pulse frequency with the increase or decrease of x ray tube heating voltage,
to ensure the stability of X-ray tube current.Kilovolt (kV) control unit can continuously control
the tube voltage level to meet the requirements of different materials radiography.
Anti-jamming loop Enhanced the control system ability to against high-voltage shock from
the X-ray generator.
2. X-ray generator adopts prevents shock type. X-ray tube anode grounded, and has
over-temperature protection device. Once the temperature is excessively high, the contr-
oller can automatically cut off the pressure, to prevent X-ray tube damage due to overheating.
3. The power supply voltage fluctuations can be automatically adjusted by the controller itself,
in order to get a stable X-ray. Exposure time and the state machine are controlled by asingle-chip
micro-computer, pre-exposure time of up to 5 minutes.
