Cocoa Nib Silo Replacement Project @ Singapore

In an effort to maintain optimal storage conditions for cocoa nibs, we undertook a 1-to-1 silo replacement project for our client. The existing silo, which had become unsuitable due to wear and tear, was replaced with a brand-new, high-quality silo designed specifically for cocoa nib storage.

Our scope of work included:

1. Design & Supply of a new nib silo to ensure the best storage conditions for cocoa nibs.
2. Temporary Removal of the plant building roof to facilitate the silo replacement process.
3. Removal & Disposal of the old, worn-out silo to make way for the new installation.
4. Installation of the new cocoa nib silo, ensuring it meets all operational and safety standards.
5. Reinstatement of the roof to restore the plant building to its original state.
6. Reinstatement of the screw conveyor and inlet hopper system to ensure seamless integration with the new silo.
