F93 - Compressor Rotation Failure
Parts to Verify :
1. Compressor terminal disconnect
2. Outdoor PCB malfunction
Checking Method
Step 1: Check the compressor terminal connection .
Step 2: Check the compressor winding resistance value ( U-V , V-W and W-U )
Step 3: Check the outdoor PCB ( power transistor )
F99 - DC Peak Current Detection
Parts to Verify :
1. DC current peak due to compressor failure .
2. DC current peak due to defective power transistor ( IPM ) .
3. DC current peak due to defective outdoor unit PCB .
4. DC current peak due to short circuit .
Checking Method
Step 1:
1. Check compressor terminal UVW connection cable correct/wrong ?
2. Check the compressor winding resistance value ( U-V , V-W , W-U )
a1. If compressor winding resistance ( U-V , V-W , W-U ) shorted - Replace Compressor
a2. If compressor winding normal - Replace outdoor PCB ( Defect due to power transistor short ) .
Refer below step 2 to confirm the PCB defect .
Step 2: Checking the outdoor PCB ( Power Transistor )
Check U-V , V-W , W-U having same AC Voltage (170-180 VAC) - if obtained - Replace outdoor PCB
