Entresto (sacubitril/valsartan) is a combination medication used to treat heart failure. Each 50 mg film-coated tablet contains 24.3 mg of sacubitril and 25.7 mg of valsartan (as sacubitril valsartan sodium salt complex).
Indications:

• Heart Failure: Treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) in adults to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization.
• Hypertension: Treatment of high blood pressure in adults.

1. Dosage: The typical starting dose is 49/51 mg (one 50 mg tablet) twice daily. The dose may be doubled after 2-4 weeks to the target dose of 97/103 mg (two 50 mg tablets) twice daily.
2. Consistency: Take the tablet at the same time each day.
3. Adherence: Do not miss doses, as this can increase the risk of heart failure.
4. Monitoring: Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolytes is recommended.
