Y-Rail Hanger Type

The Y-Rail Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine is a suitable for clients who are aiming to  achieve cleaning and/or removal of impurities from large, heavy cast iron and steel castings. Besides the standard  cleaning tasks, this machine is applicable for shot-peening of various work-pieces, these include gears and industrial spare parts.

Transport of parts during the process cycle is fully Automated. Due to the location of Blast wheel, blasting of items with complex shape is easy. Various configurations are available using the Y-Rail. Utilizes lifting hook to handle work-pieces making it very convenient.
