Product Overview

The SKKT 57/16 E is a 7-pin Thyristor/Diode Module with heat transfer through aluminum oxide ceramic isolated metal baseplate. Hard soldered joints for high reliability. The thyristor/diode module is equipped with SEMIKRON chips.
