For 22%CR - 12%Ni Stainless Steel and Dissimilar Metals

Characteristics and Applications:
HERO TECH SS309L-16 is a titania type electrode. The 22@Cr-12%Ni alloy in the weld metal makes austenite structure which contains suitable quantity of ferrite. Heat resistibility and corrosion resistibility are good at high temperature for welding of dissimilar metals, hardening alloy steel, low carobn Clad Steel, SUS 309S and 13Cr steels.

Notes on Usage:

Keep dry. If damp, redry the electrodes at 150°C for 30 minutes before use.
For X-ray quality levels, redry at 250°C for 30 minutes.
Use small current and keep the arc as short as possible.
