Mung Bean AngKu Kueh
* Demonstration to prepare the mung bean paste
* Making of the chewy and soft Angku Kueh dough
* Skills to shape the filling, wrapping and steaming
* Tips and Techniques to reheat and store the kueh to keep freshness
Bring Home:
- 6 pieces of mung bean Angku Kueh
- a steamed Caramel Honeycomb Cake (approx. size: 18cm x 10cm x 6cm)
