Details :
- preparation of steamed bun dough from scratch.
-knowing the ingredients ,materials and equipments using .
- Tips & technique of dough kneading to achieve smooth, glossy ,soft and fluffy bun without adding any actitive or softener
- Colour mixing technique
-Tips and techniques of shaping and modelling.
-Facial feature positioning and assembling .
-Tips & techniques of pleating sausage bun.
- Tips & techniques of proofing and
steaming bun perfectly.
-storage and reheating method .
Student will bring home :
1x Bunny &carrot sausage bun
1x Corgi & bone sausage bun
1x Meow & fishy sausage bun
Steamed bun recipe will be given in the class.
All materials ,ingredients and packaging will be provided.
Terms and conditions:
*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no carry forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
*Minimum 2 pax to kick off the workshop . Otherwise; studio reserved the right to postpone or refund.
