We successfully executed a comprehensive Edible Oil Refinery project in Bangladesh for Sena Kalyan Sangstha, expanding our expertise in process plant installations within the food industry. This project involved erecting the following refinery plant components from greenfield:

• 500T Chemical Refining Plant
• 100T Dry Fractional Plant
• 300T Post Refining Plant
• 100T Hydrogenation Plant
• 100T Shortening Plant
• 2000kg Soap Stock Splitting Plant
• Hydrogen Gas Plant

Engaged as the site project management team, we managed the site erection works on behalf of Lipico, an edible refinery specialist.

Our scope of works included:

• Sourcing & managing local contractors and vendors.
• Coordinating & supervising logistics, mechanical, and electrical installation works.
• Liaising with the design team, other contractors, and the client.
• Controlling and monitoring the project schedule, budget, cash flow, and quality of works.

This project underscores our capabilities in overseeing complex refinery installations, ensuring efficient coordination, and delivering high-quality results. By handling diverse aspects of project management, we contributed to the successful establishment of a state-of-the-art edible oil refinery plant in Bangladesh.
