LIDOMA 25 (Lenalidomide Hard Capsules 25 mg) contains 25 mg of lenalidomide as the active ingredient. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory drug used to treat multiple myeloma and certain other conditions.
Indications:
LIDOMA 25 is used for:

• Multiple Myeloma: In combination with dexamethasone for adult patients who have received at least one prior therapy.
• Maintenance Therapy: For patients who have responded to initial treatment and are in remission.
• Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS): For adult patients with transfusion-dependent anemia due to low- or intermediate-1-risk MDS associated with a deletion 5q cytogenetic abnormality.
• Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL): For adult patients whose disease has relapsed or progressed after two prior therapies, one of which included bortezomib.
• Follicular Lymphoma (FL): In combination with a rituximab product for adult patients with previously treated FL.
• Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL): In combination with a rituximab product for adult patients with previously treated MZL.

• Dosage: The recommended dose is 25 mg once daily, but your doctor may adjust the dose based on your condition and response to treatment.
• Administration: Take the capsule with water. It can be taken with or without food.
• Consistency: Take the medication at the same time each day to help you remember.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart problems, liver disease, or if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
