Euthyrox 50 mcg Tablet contains levothyroxine sodium as the active ingredient. Each tablet contains 50 micrograms (mcg) of levothyroxine sodium.
Indications:

• Hypothyroidism: Used as a hormone replacement in adults and children with an underactive thyroid gland.
• Thyroid Cancer: As an adjunct to surgery and radioiodine therapy in the management of well-differentiated thyroid cancer.
• Thyroid Nodules: To suppress thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) in patients with benign thyroid nodules.

• Dosage: The dosage is individualized based on the patient's age, weight, cardiovascular status, and specific condition. Typically, it is taken once daily, on an empty stomach, one-half to one hour before breakfast.
• Administration: Take the tablet orally with water. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew it.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Regular monitoring of thyroid hormone levels is necessary to ensure the correct dosage.
• Storage: Store below 30°C, away from moisture and heat.
