Each gram of gel contains:
-Chlormethine Hydrochloride: 160 mcg
Indications:
-Mycosis Fungoides-Type Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (MF-type CTCL): Used for the topical treatment of MF-type CTCL in adult patients2.
Instructions:
Dosage: Apply a thin film of LEDAGA once daily to affected areas of the skin.
Administration:
-Treatment should be initiated by an experienced physician.
-Stop treatment for any grade of skin ulceration, blistering, or moderately severe dermatitis. Upon improvement, treatment can be restarted at a reduced frequency of once every 3 days, then gradually increased to every other day, and finally to once-daily application if tolerated.
