Escipra 10 (Escitalopram Tablets USP 10mg) contains the active ingredient escitalopram oxalate. Each tablet contains 10 mg of escitalopram oxalate.
Indications:
Escipra 10 is used for the treatment of:
Depression: Helps to improve mood and relieve anxiety and tension.
Anxiety Disorders: Including generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and panic disorder.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Helps to reduce the symptoms of OCD.
Phobia: Helps to manage symptoms of phobia.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): Assists in alleviating symptoms of PTSD.
Instructions:
Dosage: Follow the dosage prescribed by your doctor. The usual dose for adults is 10 mg once daily. Your doctor may start you on a lower dose and gradually increase it.
Administration:
Take the tablet with a full glass of water.
It can be taken with or without food.
Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.
