CULMI MULTIPURPOSE OIL DEGREASER is penetrates and liquefies grease, oils, inks and tar on hard surfaces. Since CULMI MULTIPURPOSE OIL DEGREASER contains NO petroleum distillates, alkalies or halides, it is an excellent replacement for chlorinated and halogenated solvents.
