Self Aligning Roller
Self aligning roller prevents the belt running off-center by guiding the belt to neutral position in case of belt winding and straying which will cause belt injury, spillage of handling materials and down time for adjustment. When a wandering belt comes in with the guide roller the return roller will automatically pivot at the center shaft to guide the belt toward the center.

Rubber Seal
The rubber seal, a self-cleaning structure, has less coefficient of friction and also ensures perfect exclusion of foreign materials thus protecting the ball bearings.

The rubber seal type has a built-in non-lubrication system which is maintenance-free and hence reduce running cost.
