Description
Individual groups will work separately to construct different portions of a tower. Communication between groups is only allowed through designated leaders, simulating departmental or divisional work environments. At the end, all portions must be combined to form a complete, stable tower, demonstrating the importance of coordination and unified objectives despite working in separate teams.
