The "Kerjaya MADANI" program, introduced under the 2023 Budget by the government, is designed to fortify the labor market by empowering individuals currently engaged in the Informal Sector and TVET Graduates, facilitating their transition into formal employment. This initiative is achieved through various means, including the recognition of prior learning (RPL), microcredentials, and professional certifications or competencies accredited by esteemed entities such as public universities (IPTA), private higher education institutions (IPTS), the Department of Skills Development (JPK), the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), specialized bodies, and certified centers endorsed by industry authorities like ACCA, BOE, and MIA.
