Indications:
AMSUBAC is used for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible microorganisms, including:
- Upper and lower respiratory tract infections: Such as sinusitis, otitis media, and epiglottitis
- Bacterial pneumonias
- Urinary tract infections and pyelonephritis
- Intra-abdominal infections: Including peritonitis, cholecystitis, endometritis, and pelvic cellulitis
- Bacterial septicaemia
- Skin, soft tissue, bone, and joint infections
- Gonococcal infections
Instructions:
- Dosage: Follow your doctor's prescription. The usual dose is 1.5 g administered intravenously or intramuscularly.
- Premedication: Patients should receive premedication with glucocorticoids, antihistamines (anti-H1 and anti-H2), and cimetidine or ranitidine before initiating therapy.
- Administration: The solution should be administered through an in-line filter with a microporous membrane with a mesh diameter of less than 0.22 μm.
- Storage: Store below 30°C, away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.
