Co-Midis Tablet 80/5mg contains Telmisartan 80 mg and Amlodipine (as besilate) 5 mg.
Indications:

• Hypertension: Treatment of high blood pressure in adults whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with either telmisartan or amlodipine alone.
• Convenience: For patients already taking telmisartan and amlodipine separately, Co-Midis offers the same doses in a single tablet for convenience.
• Initial Therapy: May be used as initial therapy in patients who are likely to need multiple drugs to achieve their blood pressure goals.

1. Dosage: The usual starting dose is 40/5 mg once daily. If additional blood pressure lowering is needed after at least 2 weeks of therapy, the dose may be titrated up to a maximum of 80/10 mg once daily.
2. Administration: Take the tablet orally, with or without food, at the same time each day.
3. Consistency: Follow the prescribed regimen closely.
4. Monitoring: Regular monitoring of blood pressure is essential to ensure proper control.
