Celecoxib: 200 mg
Indications:
Osteoarthritis: Relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis.
Rheumatoid Arthritis: Relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
Ankylosing Spondylitis: Relief of the signs and symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis.
Acute Pain: Management of acute pain in adults.
Primary Dysmenorrhea: Treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain).
Instructions:
Dosage:
Osteoarthritis: The usual dose is 200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily.
Rheumatoid Arthritis: The usual dose is 100 mg to 200 mg twice daily.
Ankylosing Spondylitis: The usual dose is 200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily. Some patients may benefit from a total daily dose of 400 mg.
Acute Pain and Primary Dysmenorrhea: The initial dose is 400 mg, followed by an additional 200 mg if needed on the first day. On subsequent days, the recommended dose is 200 mg twice daily as needed.
Administration: Take the capsule with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking the medication.
