FLUTIMATE NS 50 (Fluticasone Nasal Spray BP 50mcg) contains the active ingredient fluticasone propionate. Each actuation delivers 50 mcg of fluticasone propionate.
Indications:
FLUTIMATE NS 50 is used for the treatment of:
Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis: Inflammation of the nasal passages caused by seasonal allergens, such as pollen.
Perennial Allergic Rhinitis: Inflammation of the nasal passages caused by year-round allergens, such as dust mites or pet dander.
Instructions:
Dosage:
Adults and Children (12 years and older): The usual dose is 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. The dose may be reduced to 1 spray in each nostril once daily when symptoms are controlled.
Children (4 to 11 years): The usual dose is 1 spray in each nostril once daily.
Administration:
Shake the bottle gently before each use.
Remove the protective cap and prime the pump by pressing it several times until a fine mist appears.
Tilt your head slightly forward, insert the nozzle into one nostril, and close the other nostril with your finger.
Press the pump firmly while breathing in gently through your nose.
Repeat the process for the other nostril.
Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap after use.
Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take extra doses to make up for the missed dose.
