Dolphin Paint Wall SEALER is a premium grade, fast-drying alkaline resistance wall sealer. High-performance water-based sealer designed to protect the finish against chalking and efflorescence for interior and exterior. It has excellent adhesion property and good opacity  Surface Preparation 1. Remove all loose, defective paint or powdery residues. this involves any algae growth and powdery surface. 2. Smoothen the putty areas with sandpapers 3. Surfaces to be painted must be cleaned thoroughly and dry, it must be free from dirt, prior to painting. For any surface that required patching, please do so first. 4. Avoid painting when the moisture content as the alkalinity of the walls are still high. * Touch dry: 15 - 20 minutes * Recoat: 2 hours * Film properties: Matt * Theoretical Coverage: 6-7 m2/litter * No of coat: 1 coat * Application: Brush, roller, air spray or airless spray * Thinning: Use clean water
